·         The all-new Ford Fiesta features an expressive, vibrant design, with sharp reflexes and a global track record that will redefine small car customers' expectations.

o        Fiesta offers 15 class-exclusive technologies, adding luxury and convenience usually found in vehicles at significantly higher price points.

o         Designed to be versatile, personal and adaptable, Fiesta is expected to deliver best­in-class safety, convenience and connectivity with available segment-exclusive SYNC® voice- activated communications system, an expressive colour palette and available graphics.

o        The 2011 Ford Fiesta goes on sale this summer in North America.

·         In January, Ford captured both the North American Car of the Year and North American Truck of the Year awards for the 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and 2010 Ford Transit Connect, respectively, at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).

·         Ford brand quality improved for the 8th straight year in the 2009 J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality Study.

·         Ford Motor Company is pursuing multiple technologies and working with partners to find affordable solutions to create safer, more fuel-efficient, quality products that customers desire and value.

·         Ford has accelerated efforts to bring more small, fuel-efficient cars to North America, including the next-generation, European-designed Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus.

·         The 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid offers best-in-class fuel economy, making it the most fuel­efficient midsize sedan in North America. Better than the Toyota Camry Hybrid.

·         Ford's newest generation of smaller-displacement turbocharged gas engines, EcoBoost?, provides fuel savings of between 1 0 and 20 per cent.

o         The gasoline turbocharged direct-injection technology will deliver the power and torque customers crave with the fuel economy and tailpipe emissions of smaller engines.

 ·        Ford Motor Company is leading the way in developing new safety technologies illions of customers, and continues to work tirelessly to design new ways to keep its customers safer in its vehicles.

·         Ford leads the industry in both National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) five­star safety ratings and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's (IIHS) 'Top Safety Pick' ratings.

·         MyKeyTM allows parents to program a key that limits speed and audio volume to encourage teens to drive safer, as well as encourage safety belt usage.

·         The Blind Sport Information System (BLlS®) with Cross Traffic Alert is a radar-based blind spot detection system with the additional capability to help customers confidently back out of a parking space, even when there is traffic approaching from the sides.

·         Adaptive Cruise Control and Collision Warning with Brake Support helps drivers avoid rear­end accidents by using radar to detect moving vehicles directly ahead.

·         Ford has introduced the auto industry's first-ever production inflatable seat belts, which are designed to provide additional protection for rear-seat occupants, often children and older passengers who can be more vulnerable to head, chest and neck injuries. Ford's inflatable rear seat belts will debut on the next-generation Ford Explorer sport utility vehicle, which goes into production this year.
